How long does it take?
After you send the information and photos, we will show you a preview in a few days. In most cases, everything is ready in less than a week.
Is the creation really free?
Yes. For the site to be live with your domain and without Wix ads, you need a Wix premium plan, paid directly to Wix. We explain the costs beforehand, and you only activate it if you want to. The videos are optional: the site is free with or without them.
Can I change the site later?
Yes, you can. You can edit it via the Wix app or ask us to do it for you.
Who owns the website?
You. The site stays in your own Wix account, under your name.
How does the domain work?
It is the website address (yourbusiness.com). We help you choose and set it up, and it is registered in your name. Renewal is paid to Wix.
Do you provide maintenance?
Yes, if you want: updates, photos, new services, and promotions. Talk to us via WhatsApp.
What if I cancel?
If you cancel your Wix plan, your site will be removed from your domain and will start showing Wix ads (or go offline). Your content remains saved in your account. There are no cancellation fees or contracts with Ponte Digital for site creation.
Do you serve areas outside of Seattle?
Yes. We do everything online, for businesses anywhere in the US.
Can the site be in another language?
You can. In Portuguese, English, Spanish, or more than one.
